Teaching and facilitating coaching learning

Jane has a long-standing reputation as an educator of people having been at the forefront of coach training in this country, commencing in 1997 with her membership of the faculty of the School of Coaching for whom she remains as part of a team leading the university accredited programmes.

Jane works with both individuals and groups who wish either to use coaching skills at work, or to embark on the coaching profession. Known for her capacity to ‘model’ a coaching style, to incorporate fun, whilst at the same time developing knowledge and skills makes her a popular and highly effective trainer. More than 200 people have so far been trained by Jane over the years and she is still counting.

Jane also writes on the topic of coaching, producing and designing a manual for a boutique consultancy to equip individuals with a personal bespoke one-to-one tutorial for their coaching development.

Recent projects have included presenting at a national conference entitled ‘Having the Courage to Coach’ consulting with Russian psychologists keen to develop coaching in their country, and working with a team of coaches to develop a coaching culture in the fast moving industries in Central and Eastern Europe.
