Supervision for trained and practising coaches
As part of the on-going development of the coaching profession in this country, supervision is a pre-requisite for the professional coach, who seeks continually to develop the quality and knowledge-base of their coaching.
Jane was one of the first qualified coaching supervisors in the country, qualifying in 2006 with Bath Consultancy Group. Subsequently, she has developed this part of her business and now supervises many practising executive coaches, and is the Coaching Supervisor for the consultant/coaching team at Whitehead Mann.
As a coaching supervisor, Jane works with a well-known educative and supportive model, developed from the counselling profession. By exploring a ‘client’ case-study with a supervisor the coach is able to un-pick what is occurring in the coaching conversation, gaining new insights, and ideas about their on-going work.
