Jane Meyler is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CMPID) and is accredited as a coach by the Association of Professional Coaches and Supervisors (APECS) and Strathclyde University. She is qualified as a Coaching Supervisor with the Bath Consultancy Group.

She has been working successfully as an Executive Coach since 1997 with a wide mixture of experience, including 15 years in business, with 10 years as a Board Director.

The subsequent five years as a management consultant cemented her knowledge of working with people, and Jane worked in areas of leadership, assertiveness, and motivation .

Jane has a comprehensive psychological understanding, she has trained as a counsellor with the Centre for Professional Employment Counselling, with 5 years experience working for a well known help line. She has a good working knowledge of Psychosynthesis and Gestalt in coaching. She is a Master Practioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, qualified to deliver the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Fundamental Interpersonal Relationships Orientation Behaviour (FIRO B) instruments. Her learning journey is never ending, she is committed to continually evaluating new methodologies and theories as they emerge within the coaching profession.
